Traditional medical animation typically takes three to four months and costs £30,000 or more. We deliver in four weeks because the scientific work in the UK and the 3D production run in parallel rather than in sequence.

How it works

  1. Week 1
    We start with a call and whatever materials you already have — claims, papers, IFU, CAD files. We turn those into a referenced script, and a scientist checks it before it reaches you.
  2. Week 1–2
    Once the script reads right, we draw the film out as a frame-by-frame storyboard. This is the stage where your team — including your medical and regulatory reviewers — can change anything, as many times as needed. A drawing costs nothing to change; a finished render does, so we make sure the drawing is right first.
  3. Week 2–4
    With the storyboard signed off, production begins. The first thing you see is an animatic — a rough, unrendered version of the film — so you can react to the pacing and camera work before we commit to full 3D.
  4. Week 4
    The last step is your MLR team reviewing the near-final cut. After that we deliver the film in every format you need, and the source files and full rights go to you along with it.

Every stage includes two rounds of revisions. If you have a fixed date — a congress, a funding round — tell us early and we will plan the whole schedule backwards from it.

FAQ

How can you deliver in four weeks when other studios take 14–16?

Scientific writing, storyboarding and client review happen in the UK while our 3D production team works in parallel. We also lock accuracy at storyboard stage, before rendering begins — that is where other studios lose most of their weeks.

Who checks the science?

Every script and storyboard is written and checked by a scientist. Final approval always sits with your own medical, legal and regulatory team, and we build the schedule around your review.

Do you use AI?

Yes. AI tooling handles parts of production; that is how four weeks and these prices are possible. Every frame is reviewed by a person, and we follow AI-content disclosure rules where they apply.

Is our data confidential?

We work under NDA as standard, never reuse client materials, and never upload client assets to third-party AI training. Many projects are never shown publicly — that is fine by us.

Who owns the final video?

You do. Full rights and source files transfer on final payment.

What if we need it faster than four weeks?

Two to three weeks is possible on simpler scopes. Tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
